St. Joseph Parish Grounds, Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City is very busy on the first day of the month of May as it sets for Fiesta 2011.
Vendors of various products are now setting their stalls and booth on their designated rented posts to sell to local Parishioners.
The Ferris wheel together with other carnival facilities and features are now ready being set up in the place and will start when evening strikes.
