Don Bernardo Benedicto Hall is located inside the vicinity of Mabolo Elementary school. Not everyone in Barangay Mabolo can use the said hall as it can only be used by specific events.
Here is the Notice:
The use of the Don Bernardo Benedicto Cultural Center of Mabolo Elementary School, Mabolo, Cebu City is for School- related activities only in line with the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the Donor and school administrators, and pursuant to MECS Order No. 8, s.1983, Guidelines on the utilization and security of school buildings and facilities, which states that, "THE USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTIES AND FACILITIES SHALL ALWAYS BE TOWARD THE REALIZATION OF ITS OBJECTIVES AS AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND NOT FOR NON-SCHOOL RELATED ACTIVITIES BY CERTAIN PERSONS OR GROUP OF PERSONS."
